This site is intended for adults who reside in the United States and who are looking into Medicare coverage for themselves or for someone they help. Submitting a request confirms that the person filling in the form is legally able to enter into an agreement.

Access on behalf of another person should only happen where that person has given permission for their details to be shared.

What This Site Provides

RyanMedicare publishes educational material about Medicare coverage and offers a way to request a coverage review. The site is an information and contact resource. It is not an insurer, and it does not issue, administer, or pay claims on any policy.

Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply. Marketing messages can be stopped at any time by replying STOP, and support is available by replying HELP. Stopping marketing messages does not remove permission for service messages that relate to an open request.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes that cannot be settled informally will be handled in the courts serving Travis County, Texas, unless a binding arbitration agreement accepted at sign up applies instead.

Raising a concern by email first is encouraged, since most matters are resolved that way.
